ST duplex patch cables are usually in stock, at least in OM2. ST patch cables with superior fiber qualities like OM3, OM3+ OM4  and can be manufactured, but are rarely used because modern networks use compact plugs. Of course there are also ST patchcords in single mode, but this ST patchcords are even more rarely used.
